SIOUX CENTER, Iowa, USA (June 7, 1992) — Link Mfg., Ltd. completed its acquisition of Roll-Aide-Extenders of Emmetsburg, Iowa. As part of the acquisition, Roll-aide-extenders changed its name and will continue to provide customer support under the brand name Link Manufacturing, Ltd.
Roll-Aide-Extenders supplies a two-tiered deathcare apparatus for transporting multiple caskets, cots, stretchers, cremation trays, and other mortuary containers. The top deck is chain driven to move the deck up or down. The apparatus serves mortuaries, funeral homes, crematoriums, cemeteries, coroners, medical examiners, morgues, donor programs and medical institutions. It is marketed under the name FH4.
Link will continue to develop and produce mortuary transport equipment. The acquisition will further strengthen the overall offering of mortuary equipment products with Link’s manufacturing capabilities.
